  7. Discussion and possible action regarding Scribner Bank as official Depository of the City.
  8. Discussion and possible action regarding the Rustler-Sentinel as the official Newspaper of the City.
  9. Discussion and possible action regarding appointment of City of Scribner Officials: City Administrator/Clerk/Treasurer, City Attorney, City Accountant, Annual Auditor, City Prosecuting Attorney, City Engineer, Street Superintendent, Building Inspector, Floodplain Administrator, Police Chief.

  23. Update on Disaster Declaration due to ice storm damages – NEMA.
  24. Discussion and possible action regarding cyber-security for City facilities and computers with increased threats.

  26. Discussion and possible action regarding floodplain violations in City of Scribner’s jurisdiction.
  27. Discussion and possible action regarding back-pay issue, in lieu of health insurance.
