  5. Discussion and possible action regarding accepting minutes from 2/17/2022 (CAC) Citizens Advisory Committee Semi-Annual Review 1/1/2021-6/30/2021.
  6. Discussion and possible action regarding LB 840 CAC recommendation of approving contract proposal from Black Sailboat for consulting services.
  7. Discussion and possible action approving actions of City Administrator signing Governmental Lease-Purchase Agreement with Cat Financial for (1)-2022 272D3 Skid Steer, S/N HX201293.
