  3. Motion to increase the total restricted funds authority by an additional 1%.
  4. Motion to approve 2021-2022 Budget as published.
  5. Adjourn.

  2. Motion to pass a Resolution #604-21 that the property tax request for the
    current year be different than the property tax request from the prior year.
  3. Adjourn.

The council reserves the right to convene into executive session on any appropriate matter.
